Payment terms. Payments made on this page are for medical services provided by Colon Liver Gastro Consultants, PLLC — office visits, procedures, and related charges billed to you. We do not sell medications, supplements, or any products online, and prescriptions are never purchased from our practice. Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment form; our staff do not see or store your full card number. Overpayments or duplicate payments are refunded to the original payment method once verified by our billing office. For questions about a charge, a refund, or your statement, call (281) 565-1009 (Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM). Appointment cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice.
